WHAT IS HYPNOSIS LIKE?
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind in which your subconscious mind is much more suggestible. You are in that state when you find yourself driving home without awareness of the last few minutes. You were on "auto-pilot". Also, as you fall asleep, and when you wake up in the morning, you spent some time in that "twilight zone". Daydreaming or being ingrossed (lost) in a good book or a movie are all altered states of the mind in whch the subconscious mind is easily accessed or HYPNOSIS! You already know what it is, you only need to learn to control when and how to best use those moments to control what information enters your subconscious mind. You are in control you decide what serves your desires, beliefs and moral values.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The typical FIRST
session takes about 2 hours but the hypnosis session last
about 30-45 minutes. After filling out some paperwork, and an
informational interview, you will be sitting in a comfortable recliner
in a private office with soothing music. The technique may vary per
individual but most of the time, I will just guide you through a
progressive relaxation of the body and mind. This will induce a change
in the brain waves from beta (wide-awake, usual state) to alpha, theta
or delta (more open state of consciousness). The results are not related to the depth
of your hypnosis level. Most people achieve very easily the lighter
stage (alpha), sufficient to implement the desired change in the
subconscious mind. Once you are in a more relaxed state of
consciousness, properly worded suggestions are easily accepted at the
subconscious level.
